Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 22 July 2026 · Last updated: 22 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-22.1

Merchant of Record

Purchases of Norund are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle is our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for orders processed through Paddle, and handles payment-related customer service, billing, and refunds. Norunddoes not issue off-platform refunds directly. Paddle's own terms apply to your purchase: see the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.

How to request assistance

You can ask for help with a purchase, cancellation, or refund through any of these routes:

  • the receipt email or subscription-management link Paddle sent you at purchase — the fastest route for cancellations and refund requests;
  • Paddle Buyer Support;
  • Norund support at support@norund.com — we can help you find the right Paddle route, but contacting us does not by itself guarantee a refund.

Eligibility

Refund and cancellation requests are considered in accordance with applicable law, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and the circumstances of the purchase, including access, usage and consumed managed credits. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Subscriptions and cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that has already been made.
  • After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless Paddle confirms otherwise for your purchase.
  • Refund requests are a separate process from cancellation and are assessed under the eligibility rules above.

Lifetime access

  • An approved full refund terminates the associated lifetime licence.
  • Plan entitlements and unused activation credits issued through that transaction are removed.
  • Refunded lifetime access cannot continue through connecting your own provider keys (BYOK) — the underlying platform licence is what the refund ends.
  • Partial adjustments are handled according to the approved transaction adjustment and the entitlement that is retained.

Managed-credit packs

  • Unused credits associated with an approved refund may be removed.
  • Credits already consumed may affect the refundable amount or create an outstanding credit adjustment on the account.
  • Managed-credit usage may be restricted until an outstanding credit adjustment is resolved.
  • A refund never creates a right to continue using the refunded credits.

Effect of an approved refund

Depending on what was refunded, the related platform access, reports, workspace capacity, white-label features, client-reporting rights and managed credits may be removed once Paddle confirms the refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence. Where local law grants you rights that go beyond this policy, those rights prevail.
