Who operates Norund

Norund is operated by Dominion Lux Holdings Limited.

Orders and payments (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders processed through Paddle and handles payment-related customer service and refunds. Your purchase is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy. Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The service

Norund measures how AI search engines respond to prompts you configure. Results are visibility signals: we do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, or revenue, and results may differ from consumer AI interfaces.

Fair use

Scan frequency, prompt counts, workspace counts, and engine coverage are limited per plan and enforced server-side. Scheduled scanning for workspaces inactive for 45+ days may reduce to monthly; this behaviour will be documented in plan terms before production launch.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the free scan, no attempts to access other organisations' data, and no use of scan output to publish defamatory claims about third parties.
